Manatee Sheet Type 2
A Manatee swims within the dots
A really lucky chance to get this sheet.
The white dots around the manatee are perforations as a normal stamp would have.
Sometimes Malaysia issues sheets like this with and without the perforations.
Very interesting to see this Manatee swimming inside the dot where as the other Manatee sheet Type 1 has no dots. Very interesting. Can some one explain how this is done?
